1. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned for each course and must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and reject applications that do not meet the criteria.

2. Course Enrollment and Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) is received.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by us.
• Installment options may be available as per course structure; failure to pay dues may result in denial of certification or course completion.

3. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, schedule, or trainer as needed for operational or academic reasons. All updates will be communicated to enrolled candidates in advance.

4. Certification

Certification will be awarded only upon successful completion of all assessments, attendance requirements, and fee payments.

5. Placement Support

• Placement support is provided for eligible students who complete the training and meet required standards.
• We do not guarantee employment; final hiring decisions rest with the respective employer partners.

6. Use of Website and Content

• All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Excelabridge Academy of BFSI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, national, or international law.

7. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain discipline, attend classes regularly, and follow the academic code of conduct. Misconduct, abusive behavior, or academic dishonesty may lead to removal from the program without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Excelabridge Academy of BFSI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of participation in any course or use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to job loss, loss of income, or academic dissatisfaction.

9. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy which governs the collection and use of your personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
